- Rate changes
- Please understand that we reserve the right to adjust our prices and minimum length of stay for any of the following; Special/Annual Events, School Holidays, Public Holidays and the Summer Season (November - April)
- Reservations
- Are secured thru 256 bit digital incryption via Digicert . All bookings are collected by vianet and held in trust untill 24hrs after your stay. All vianet bookings attract a %20 admistration fee. Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking cost. This cancellation policy is subject to change and we will inform you of the adjustments in your individual confirmation e-mail.
- Credit Card Confirmation
- In order to finalise and confirm any booking, a credit card number must be provided. Your credit card will not be charged unless in the case of cancellation. We will ask for your credit card details in your individual confirmation e-mail and you can provide it either by return e-mail or by calling us on 0800 422 257. Until we receive your credit card confirmation please consider your booking unconfirmed.
- Group Bookings
- Group bookings require a deposit of one night per unit/room booked or 50% of the total booking cost if only staying for one night. Group bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received. In order not to lose any of your deposit, groups are required to give 14 days notice of cancellation or changes. Any group booking cancelled within 14days of arrival will be subject to a minimum 10% administration fee. We reserve the right to charge for any units/rooms booked by the group but then not occupied. The cancellation policy will be adjusted per group to take conditions and quantity of bookings into account. This will be discussed with the manager on a case by case basis.
- Weekly Rate Bookings
- Weekly rate bookings can only be made over the phone, 0800 422 257, and are charged on a case by case basis determined by length of stay and which room you are booking, eg. Single, Shared, Double, Twin or Triple. In order to be eligible for the weekly rate you must be currently employed or a student currently enrolled in further education. All weekly payments must be made up front for the week and there are no refunds on this weekly payment if circumstances change.
- Note 3: Reservations with a credit card
- are for the purpose of a bond to reserve your room / bed. We do reserve the right to debit your Credit card of one night for any cancellation via this payment method
- If you have provided
- any of the above Confirmation Options your booking will be considered in a confirmed status we will require 24 hours notice for any changes to the booking or Cancellation other wise administration fees will be deducted from the deposited amount
- Group Bookings require a deposit

After the deposit is received, a 10% administration fee may apply to any cancellations or changes. We reserve the right to right to charge for units booked by the group but then not occupied.
